The problem

Most AI "for business" content is teaching you 2023's game.

In 2026, the unit of useful AI work is no longer a prompt. It's an agent — a system that runs while you sleep. The people quietly winning are running businesses that look impossible from the outside.

The Tourist way (most people)

  • Six AI subscriptions, two used weekly
  • "100 ChatGPT prompts" PDFs and prompt swipe files
  • Manually copy-pasting between tools
  • Marginal income gains despite the chaos
  • Anxious about the next AI release
  • Still the bottleneck in their own business

The Operator way (this book)

  • One reasoning home base, one automation glue
  • 12 agents quietly handling research, drafts, ops
  • A working content engine in their voice
  • Hourly rate doubled without raising prices
  • Calm, current, building on frameworks not tool lists
  • One human + a team of agents = real leverage
What's inside

80 pages. 10 chapters. Zero filler.

Every chapter ends with a specific action you can take this week. No theory you can't apply. No tool lists that go stale in six months.

CHAPTER 1
The Agentic Shift
Why running a one-person business in 2026 is fundamentally different than 2024. The 3 eras of AI, the new economics, and 3 case studies of solo operators doing $10K–$24K/mo.
CHAPTER 2
The Solo AI Operating System
The 4 layers of every business and where AI plugs in at each. The Leverage Hierarchy (Prompt → Workflow → Automation → Agent). Why most people stay stuck at level 1.
CHAPTER 3
The Minimum Viable AI Stack
The $150/month stack and the $400/month stack. Which reasoning home base to pick. Why automation beats more AI tools. The five categories that matter.
CHAPTER 4
The Content Engine
Build a Voice Doc so AI writes like you. The Three-Tier system. The 1-long-form → 12-atomic-pieces pipeline. How to make AI-assisted content unidentifiable.
CHAPTER 5
The Sales Engine
The Pre-Qualification Agent. The Research-Then-Write outreach workflow. Proposal automation that drops 45 minutes to 9. Discovery prep in 4 minutes.
CHAPTER 6
The Delivery Engine
Inbox triage with AI. Meeting → notes → actions pipeline. The 1-hour-a-week bookkeeping system. Customer support that scales without a help desk.
CHAPTER 7
12 Agents That Run Your Business
Daily Briefing. Content Repurposer. Cold Outreach Personalizer. Proposal Generator. Invoice Follow-Up. Weekly Metrics. And 6 more — with prompts, stacks, and setup times.
CHAPTER 8
The Prompt Library
50+ battle-tested prompts across Strategy, Content, Sales, Delivery, Productivity, and Decision-Making. Each with when to use, expected output, and variations.
CHAPTER 9
Pricing, Packaging & the $10K Path
The 3 packaging models that work solo + AI. Your real hourly rate today. The path from $3K → $10K → $30K monthly. And when not to scale (the small-giant path).
CHAPTER 10
Staying Ahead
The 5 sources to actually follow. The 30-minute weekly ritual. The 5 skills that only get more valuable. What to do if you fall behind for 6 months.
Honesty check

Who this is — and isn't — for.

You're in if you...

  • Run a one-person business or are building toward one
  • Have used ChatGPT or Claude but feel you're "barely scratching the surface"
  • Bill $40K–$200K/yr and want to double output without doubling hours
  • Are tired of "10 AI tools to try" listicles
  • Want a real system, not a swipe file

You're out if you...

  • Want a "six figures in 90 days" promise
  • Hate documentation and reading carefully
  • Refuse to spend an afternoon setting up Make.com or n8n
  • Want a course with videos and a Slack community
  • Are looking for a 100-prompt swipe file

Common questions

FAQ

I'm not technical. Will I be able to actually use this?

Yes. The book is built for non-coders. The agents are built in visual tools (Make.com, n8n, Zapier) that work like Lego. Two of the three case studies in Chapter 1 couldn't write a line of Python. If you can drag, drop, and copy-paste a prompt, you're equipped.

Won't this be outdated in six months as AI changes?

The frameworks (four layers, leverage hierarchy, the 12 agent patterns) will still be useful in 2030. The specific tool names will rotate underneath. That's why you also get free lifetime updates — when I rewrite for 2027, you don't pay again. Chapter 10 specifically teaches you how to read past tool churn.

How is this different from "100 ChatGPT prompts for business"?

Those PDFs sell at $9 because they're commodity. This is the system around the prompts. A prompt without a workflow produces a single answer. A workflow without an agent runs once. An agent runs forever. The Prompt Library is one chapter of the book, not the whole thing.

What if I run a service business / agency-of-one / SaaS / coaching practice?

All of those map cleanly to the four-layer model (Attention → Lead → Sale → Delivery). The book uses examples from freelance, consulting, productized services, and knowledge products. The agent designs apply across solo business types.

How long does it take to read and implement?

Reading: 3-4 hours. Implementing your first 3 agents and the Voice Doc: one focused weekend. After that, one agent per week is a sustainable pace. Most readers report meaningful changes in week two.

Do I get the bonuses immediately?

Yes. Bundle buyers get a single download containing the PDF, the prompt library (JSON), the Notion template links, and the Make.com blueprint files. Delivered instantly by email after purchase.

What's your refund policy?

14 days, no questions asked. Email me, get a refund. You keep the PDF. I'd rather you not have it on your conscience than I have your money.

Can I expense this through my business?

Yes — you get a proper invoice with your purchase. If you need additional fields on the invoice (company VAT, billing address) email after purchase and I'll resend.

Stop reading about AI. Build with it.

The next 80 pages will save you more time in week one than they cost. Read it tonight. Build your first agent tomorrow. Compound from there.
